Why I do this work

I help experienced professionals reimagine their next chapter. After more than two decades working with leaders and organizations across industries, I’ve seen how powerful it is when people design careers that align with their values, purpose, and lifestyle. My work now focuses on guiding professionals—especially those 40 and beyond—through career refreshes, pivots, and “second act” transitions. Whether it’s clarifying direction, updating tools like LinkedIn and résumés, or building confidence for interviews and negotiations, my goal is to provide practical strategies and a fresh perspective so clients can move forward on their own terms.

I also encourage open dialogue and honest communication so that respectful exchanges can foster understanding among peers.  I take pride in my experience as a practitioner leader in the workplace as it serves as the foundation to my hands-on approach and expert point of view. I enjoy sharing the knowledge gathered through years of practice and use it to help individuals make
